Noggin Boss Alert! In the fall, Ren Nguyen auditioned for the Midwest Regional American Choral Directors Assoc Tenor/Bass Honor Choir. Auditions were submitted from all over the Midwest region. He was selected to sing with the choir and will perform this weekend, Sat Feb 10th!
2024 Football Schedule has been released. First game will be on a Thursday night @ Platteview on August 29th. Friday Night Lights will be here before we know it! #GoCards

Calling all Wrestling fans, our girls wrestling team has been on a fire winning 5 of the last 6 meets and capturing Runner Up at Conference!! Crete is hosting the Girls Sub-District Wrestling meet tomorrow, February 3rd at the High School. The meet will start at 9:00am. We will be hosting 20 teams, so there will be a full day of good wrestling as these girls work to get one step close to State! There will be no passes accepted to get in and Admission will be $9 for Adults and $7 for students (set by the NSAA). We will allow all CRETE students in FREE with their school ID! You can purchase tickets on GoFan (https://gofan.co/event/1226691?schoolId=NE18499) or we will also take cash at the door. The meet will also be streamed on STRIV (https://striv.tv/channel/crete/). We hope to see you all tomorrow to support our Girls Wrestling Team!! Good Luck Cards!!
**Noggin Boss Alert**FCCLA took a small group of students to the STAR event competition in Seward and we had 3 students win awards! STAR stands for Students Taking Action Receiving Recognition. Jennifer Felipe Torres and Sergio Ortiz Matias competed in Sustainability Challenge and got a Bronze award. Mynor Bautista Bernabe competed in Hospitality Tourism and Recreation and got a Silver award and is headed to compete at state! Congratulations way to represent Crete!

Congratulations to Crete Girls Wrestling on crowning 4 individual champions on their way to the runner up trophy in the Central Conference Championship!
Girls basketball lost a close one to Adams Central and will play at 1:00pm on Saturday in Aurora for 3rd place in the Central Conference Tournament.
Tonight's girls basketball Central Conference basketball semi-final at GINW will be stremed through the GINW Striv account. Tomorrow's games will be streamed through Aurora's account.
