🌟 Cardinal Shout-Out! 🌟
We are so proud of our incredible students who show what it means to be safe, respectful, and responsible every day! 👏 Whether they’re helping others, making good choices, or showing kindness, these Cardinals lead by example.
Crete Elementary Families,
We wanted to let you know that tomorrow, Friday, October 11th, all Kindergarten through 2nd grade students will be attending the homecoming parade at Crete High School! We will leave school at approximately 1:45 p.m. and will ride buses to the high school. The parade will begin at 2:15 p.m. After the parade, students will return to Crete Elementary and regular dismissal procedures will follow.
If you have any questions, please contact the office.
Go Cardinals! 🐦❤️
Tomorrow is Cardinal Spirit Day! Wear your Cardinal gear or red, blue, and white!
Tomorrow is Kindergarten’s field trip to Roca Berry Farm! Don’t forget to pack a cold lunch in a disposable bag (no lunch boxes, please!), and have your child wear comfortable walking shoes and a jacket. The bus will leave around 9:00 a.m. and return to school around 2:00 p.m. We’re excited for a fun day at the pumpkin patch!
Tomorrow is Wacky Wednesday!
We are excited to welcome you back, Cardinals! Remember this week is homecoming week and tomorrow's dress up day is Hawaiian or Neon. Wear those florals and bright colors!

We're so thankful for our amazing staff! These individuals have been nominated by their coworkers for going above and beyond. Their hard work, dedication, and support make our school a better place every day. Let's give them the recognition they deserve! 👏
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, will there be enough room? Mrs. Willey's preschoolers kicked off their Trees study with a fun and engaging challenge! Students were tasked with building their very own trees and seeing just how many letters they could balance on top. The activity turned into a lesson in perseverance as, each time a tree toppled, the class would cheer together, “Oh No! Chicka Chicka Boom Boom!” Then, without missing a beat, they’d start building again.
Tomorrow is school picture day! You now have the opportunity to order online! Link will close Thursday. www.martinphotography.hhimagehost.com

Did you know...Children’s mental health is important. Students who miss just 2 days of school a month tend to be more stressed and anxious.
Help lower student stress by encouraging attendance when students are feeling well.
