CMS is a place that embraces children and families of all abilities, ethnicities, languages, and cultures. We want our school to be a safe environment for all children to grow and learn! 

Quality instruction in reading, math, science, and social studies is always a focus at Crete Middle School. We provide high-level instruction in fine arts, communication arts, computer science, and more! Students have the opportunity to participate in multiple after-school activities and sports. We believe that a high level of involvement will produce a high level of achievement! 

Providing support for all students is essential. We offer individualized services in the areas of special education, multilingual learning, and high ability. Social and emotional student services are proven to be a top priority. We have a full-time school counselor at CMS! 

It is invaluable for families to feel connected to their children’s school. Parents are encouraged to be engaged in all aspects of our school system. As a CMS parent, you can call or email our staff and administrators for any need or question that you may have.
